The Sanderson Crimp System is a new answer to an old problem.

"How can Manufacturers offer extended warranties on aluminised mild steel mufflers when they have to destroy the coating by welding the tube nipples to the end plates"

Many systems have been tried and met with varying levels of success.
No system can guarantee the quality and efficiency that the Sanderson Crimp System can offer.

The main advantage with the Sanderson Crimp System is that it is able to offer an air tight, structurally sound connection between the main in/out tube and the muffler end plate, while allowing the tube to continue through as a duct tube to the sub assembly.

The unique four layer system forms an air tight join and actually enhances the structural integrity of the product. A conventional welding fixture process will take approx 15 seconds to complete the weld only, while the Sanderson Crimp process will produce a stronger, airtight joint with a cycle time of around 4 to 5 seconds, without damaging the protective coating.

With an ever increasing awareness of the impact that welding and its associated dangerous by products has on our environment, the Sanderson Crimp System is the perfect solution in a world that is looking for ways to reduce pollution.

The Sanderson Crimp System offers the complete package, which allows the manufacturer to benefit immediately by saving time and money.
This includes the machinery, tooling and the licence to utilize the process in their production.

The total weld-free solution for fixing tubes to end plates on automotive mufflers.
